THESE TERMS GOVERN YOUR USE OF CASH CITY AND ANY ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS. BY PURCHASING A FIRM, PLAYING CASH CITY, OR OTHERWISE USING OR INTERACTING WITH ANY LONGWOOD PRODUCTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
Affiliate: any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Longwood Labs Ltd, now or at any time in the future.
Cash City: the blockchain-integrated trading simulation game developed and operated by Longwood, in which Users purchase Firms and participate in gameplay mechanics to earn in-game rewards.
Firm: a virtual, in-game entity that a User may purchase within Cash City for the Firm Fee, granting the User access to gameplay features including but not limited to hiring Interns, earning in-game currency, and participating in game mechanics. A Firm is not a blockchain-based asset, is not an NFT, and is not transferable.
Firm Fee: the one-time, non-refundable payment of 0.5 SOL (or such other amount as Longwood may specify from time to time) required to purchase a Firm and access Cash City gameplay.
Intern: a virtual, in-game character that may be acquired through randomised gacha pack mechanics within Cash City. Interns have varying attributes and rarity levels that affect gameplay performance.
Gacha Pack: a randomised selection mechanic within Cash City through which Users may acquire Interns of varying rarity and attributes. The contents of each Gacha Pack are determined by chance.
$CASH Token: a fungible digital token issued by Longwood on the Solana blockchain for use within the Cash City ecosystem, without conferring any ownership, equity, governance, or profit-sharing rights.
Longwood: Longwood Labs Ltd, its group of companies and Affiliates.
Longwood Game: any game developed by Longwood, including Cash City, The Heist, and DeFi Dungeons.
Longwood Products: any or all of the following: $CASH Tokens, Longwood Websites, Longwood Games, and any other products or services associated with Longwood.
Longwood Website: any official online platform operated by Longwood relating to Cash City, $CASH Tokens, Longwood Games, or other products or services associated with Longwood.
User: any individual or entity interacting with Longwood Products.
Wallet: an on-chain cryptocurrency wallet which connects to, interacts with, or holds any Longwood Products.
